Have Fun!
As we become adults and life becomes serious. Getting a job, getting married, having kids – mortgage – car payments, etc.
We forget to have fun.
Have you forgotten how to have fun?
Fun
noun: enjoyment, amusement, or lighthearted pleasure.
adjective: amusing, entertaining, or enjoyable.
Do what you love. You will find enjoyment and fun in that!
Go for a walk in nature; listen to the birds chirping, observe the flowers, hear the wind rustling the leaves, look at the sky, see the people…
Watch a funny movie.
Read a novel where you can escape into another world and enjoy the journey.
Play a board or card game with a friend or family
Dance, even when people are watching.
In this moment, have you discovered what fun is?
Think of or plan a trip; live in that energy for a while. Feel the excitement of the journey or the fun you will have once you arrive. When you connect to those feelings, your body also experiences excitement and fun.
Jump in that puddle, dance in the grass, and turn up the music.
Connect with your inner child; remember to dream, experience, explore and experiment. Remove the fear and embrace all that’s there for you to have fun.
Having fun, laughing, smiling, and embracing the energy of joy supports your body’s immune system. You create health and wellbeing just by having fun. It’s free for the taking – all you need to do is have fun.
How do you do this? Have fun…
Get out of your head. Do not judge ‘you’ for the desire to have fun. It’s okay; your mind, body and soul need it. Without fun, you leave a part of yourself behind. The part that thrives and survives in situations that are serious or concerning. The light-heartedness of living a life where you look for the possibilities of having and experiencing fun.
Success equals fun. How wonderful is that!
