About:
Teen Self-emPOWERment PlayShops are based on Louise Hay’s philosophy Heal Your Life.
PlayShops are 6 & 10 weeks long.
For teen’s ages 12-14 and 15-18.
The PlayShops are a safe place for teens to come together and learn skills that will change their lives. Connecting to basic beliefs, power statements, releasing old emotions. Understanding how to love themselves and others.
It is an energetic and fun environment to explore, learn and utilize new ways to deal with the issues at home and school.
