New years
Does it have to be a new year to start something new?
Each day is a new day.
A new day is a time to refresh your thoughts, put your feet on ground and walk into what the light has brought anew. It is an opportunity to begin again, set new goals and enjoy another of living.
Do not kick the last year to the curb and believe that it’s all behind us, because it’s not! The circumstances that existed are still with us the new year. The difference could be in the way we understand it, the way we approach it and the way we live within it. The last year gave you opportunities to do things in different ways.
What can you take into the new year? What do you want to take into the new year?
What changed at midnight on December 31st, to January 1st ? Or did it change? Truly has anything changed. The hour changed, the time changed and the year.
How is it possible to leave behind what continues to be right here, right now?
How would it feel to have gratitude for all the learning, all the lessons?
Let’s not ignore what happened in the past. The past gave us many opportunities of learning. Remember to take the learning with you into the next year. Embracing the lessons, will give you opportunities to learn something(s) different. As you do, you live better, understand more and truly make the changes that this world so desperately needs right now.
Let’s take the experience and embrace the lessons. For when we do, change can truly happen. Change within yourself and throughout the world.
Being aware does not bring chaos or create things that do not exist. Awareness is the process whereby we can embrace what is truth. Living in truth gives us the opportunity to understand, what is real and how to support ourselves through the process of connecting to the solutions.
